I love your boxes! Is it possible to get a discount code for them?Who doesn't love a good sale? Sign up for our emails below (don't worry - we won't bug you!) to find out when we have promotions or send out special discount codes to our subscribers! Do you deliver?Currently, we do not offer delivery. However, if you are placing a large order or require special arrangements, please give us a call and see how we can help! Our pick-up is located at: 225 Edgeley Blvd. Concord, ON, Canada, L4K 3Y7 (Please see front desk reception upon arrival with your confirmation)

Do you offer same day pick-up?Purchases are available for pick-up within 24-48 hours, excluding most weekends and holidays. However, if you require same day pick-up, please give us a call and we will do our best to meet your needs!

Do you offer gift cards?At the moment, we do not offer gift cards. Check back soon or subscribe to our email notifications (see bottom of page) to find out when these are available!

Can I make substitutions to my box?Our boxes are carefully created and designed to fit each product inside. We are unable to make changes or substitutions to any product inside our collections. The good news is we really do have something for everyone! If you are not fully satisfied with one of our box options, take a look at all of our other collections that might be better suited for you! We'd be happy to help you find a gift that's just right for you, so feel free to contact us for assistance!

I received this product as a gift. Is it possible to exchange it for a different product?Congratulations - you have friends with great taste! Unfortunately, we are unable to make exchanges or refunds once a product has left our facility.

Will I receive an order receipt/confirmation?Yes. First, you will see a confirmation page after you have submitted your order online. We recommend that you print this confirmation page and keep it for your records. You will also need your confirmation number to pick up your order once it's ready. We will also send you a confirmation email. If you have not received an email, please check your junk mail. It is also possible your email was entered incorrectly, so it's always best to take a photo of your confirmation page after purchase.

When will my credit card be charged?Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed. We do not offer financing options.

I want to pay cash for my order. Is this possible?We're happy to hear you're interested in placing an order! If you are interested in paying cash, please give us a call or email us to see how we can assist you.

Do you ever substitute items in a box?Although we try our very best to keep our boxes consistent, sometimes inventory near the holidays prevents us from including the exact items per said box. However, we only substitute items that have the same price value or higher, and same amazing quality. We ensure if there are any substituted items in your box that you will love it!

How do I store my jarred products after opening?It is best to store all unopened jars in a cool, dry place. All of our jarred products need to be refrigerated after opening. Be sure to always reseal your lid tightly after use and add extra oil when needed. Additionally, all of our products come with expiry dates, which should be followed as usual.

Is there a minimum order?No, there is no minimum order.

One of my items arrived damaged. Am I able to get a replacement?We're sorry to hear your item didn't arrive to our standards. We would be more than happy to exchange the damaged product for a new one. Please reach out and see how we can help!

I suffer from allergies. Are your products free from allergens?As our products are packaged with other items, we cannot guarantee that it is free from allergens. While many of our items are allergen-free, they come from different facilities and are stored with other products that may contain allergens in our warehouse. Please speak with your doctor if you have any concerns.

I am interested in carrying your products in my store. Do you offer wholesale options?We currently do not offer wholesale. However, we do offer wholesale through our parent company (Italcan Imports Inc.) for our individual products that you can find in our boxes.
